National-coverage UK operating model

MTC doesn't position around a single UK city or region. We're set up to handle pickups from anywhere in the UK and deliver UK-wide or internationally. The operating model — vetted in-house team, written itemised quotes, single direct contact, insurance included — is the same wherever the move starts and ends.

That said, certain regions and cities account for higher route volume. Below is a partial list of UK pickup origins where we run frequently. If your address isn't named explicitly, it's still in scope — we collect across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

England

• London and Greater London — the highest-volume pickup region, with regular route schedules to every UK and European destination.
• South-East — Brighton, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Guildford, Reading, Oxford.
• South-West — Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Plymouth, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset.
• East of England — Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford.
• Midlands — Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon.
• North-West — Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Preston, Lancaster, Cumbria.
• Yorkshire and the North-East — Leeds, Sheffield, York, Newcastle, Durham, Middlesbrough, Harrogate.

Scotland

• Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Stirling, Perth, and rural Highland pickups.

Wales

• Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wrexham, North Wales coastal and Brecon Beacons rural pickups.

Northern Ireland

• Belfast and Greater Belfast pickups, with regular ferry routing to UK mainland for onward European routing.

European destinations we serve

MTC International runs door-to-door moves to four European countries — France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. The destination side of the move is run by the same MTC team that loads at the UK pickup, with no agent handover.

• Removals to France — Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Côte d’Azur, Brittany, rural France.
• Removals to Italy — Milan, Tuscany, Rome, Liguria, Naples, Sicily by arrangement.
• Removals to Spain — Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Costa Brava, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Atlantic coast.
• Removals to Portugal — Algarve, Lisbon, Porto, Silver Coast, central Portugal.

Where MTC doesn't deliver

MTC's European service is intentionally narrow. We don't deliver to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Scandinavia, Greece, Cyprus, Eastern Europe, or non-European destinations. If your move is to any of those, MTC isn't the right team for the job, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take a brief we can't deliver on.

For international moves, the UK pickup origin doesn't change what's possible on the European side. Routes regularly run from:
